• ātma-sambhāvitāḥ stabdhā
• dhana-māna-madānvitāḥ
• yajante nāma-yajñais te
• dambhenāvidhi-pūrvakam

Translation

Self-complacent and always impudent, deluded by wealth and false prestige, they sometimes proudly perform sacrifices in name only, without following any rules or regulations.
