• vyāsa-prasādāc chrutavān
• etad guhyam ahaḿ param
• yogaḿ yogeśvarāt kṛṣṇāt
• sākṣāt kathayataḥ svayam

Translation

By the mercy of Vyāsa, I have heard these most confidential talks directly from the master of all mysticism, Kṛṣṇa, who was speaking personally to Arjuna.
