• sañjaya uvāca
• evam uktvā hṛṣīkeśaḿ
• guḍākeśaḥ parantapaḥ
• na yotsya iti govindam
• uktvā tūṣṇīḿ babhūva ha

Translation

Sañjaya said: Having spoken thus, Arjuna, chastiser of enemies, told Kṛṣṇa, "Govinda, I shall not fight," and fell silent.
