• arjuna uvāca
• yo 'yaḿ yogas tvayā proktaḥ
• sāmyena madhusūdana
• etasyāhaḿ na paśyāmi
• cañcalatvāt sthitiḿ sthirām

Translation

Arjuna said: O Madhusūdana, the system of yoga which You have summarized appears impractical and unendurable to me, for the mind is restless and unsteady.
