• cañcalaḿ hi manaḥ kṛṣṇa
• pramāthi balavad dṛḍham
• tasyāhaḿ nigrahaḿ manye
• vāyor iva su-duṣkaram

Translation

For the mind is restless, turbulent, obstinate and very strong, O Kṛṣṇa, and to subdue it, I think, is more difficult than controlling the wind.
