• icchā-dveṣa-samutthena
• dvandva-mohena bhārata
• sarva-bhūtāni sammohaḿ
• sarge yānti parantapa

Translation

O scion of Bharata, O conqueror of the foe, all living entities are born into delusion, bewildered by dualities arisen from desire and hate.
