• yaḿ yaḿ vāpi smaran bhāvaḿ
• tyajaty ante kalevaram
• taḿ tam evaiti kaunteya
• sadā tad-bhāva-bhāvitaḥ

Translation

Whatever state of being one remembers when he quits his body, O son of Kuntī, that state he will attain without fail.
